PDG offers three levels of planning to match your property, goals, and current stage of development. Start with the level that provides the clarity you need to make informed decisions and move forward.
Tier 1 — Site Strategy Assessment
An early-stage review completed without a site visit. PDG evaluates your property vision, location, market, development options, and recommended next steps. Investment from $2,500.
Tier 2 — Conceptual Plan
An on-site planning engagement that includes property evaluation, market analysis, conceptual layout, infrastructure strategy, development phasing, and recommended next steps. Investment from $7,500. Deliverables are conceptual unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
Tier 3 — Master Development Plan
A comprehensive planning engagement for owners ready to move from concept to a coordinated development roadmap. Includes site strategy, phased development planning, market and financial analysis, unit and amenity planning, and implementation priorities. Investment from $12,500. Deliverables are conceptual unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
